Rock solid bag of reef crystals

I received a bag of reef crystals with an order last week. I set out to do a water change today, and the bag was rock solid. . . It has just sat in the box it was shipped in until today.

I broke it up as best I could and TRIED to pour some of the salt into my RO/DI water, it was super clumpy and moist . . .

Two questions
1) I have never had salt do this right out of the bag before, the bag must have had a leak, can I use this salt, will it dissolve properly or will I have alk/ca issues if I use it?

2) Can I get a new bag of salt?
