RODI- High Silica

I need to replace my membrane and am not sure if I need HI-silica cartridge.
Does Port Orange, Fl or Florida in general have high silica in the tap water?

I don't know about the silica levels in the tap water there (or here) but I thought I read somewhere that most silica is removed by the DI rather than the RO membrane.
