RODI Problems

OK I bought a used RODI system a while back. It is a aquasafe systems 100gpd. They sell alot on ebay. I got a new 75 gpd membrane and filters for it. No problem there. The problem is the DI cartridge. It dosent open. I had to saw the top off. My brother in law thinks we can use pvc cement and get it back togethe but were could I get a new one? It 2 1/2 in pipe I think.

Are you talking about the DI Cartridge or the housing that the Cartridge goes in?

Some of them are meant to be used one time only.

Non-refillable.

The thing the diresin goes in. I think its one of the non refillable kind. I need a new one. I can get one from buckeye for $10 but the shipping is another 9

Buy one you can refill. Saves money in the long run and its easy to refill.

What you want is a add on DI kit - it includes a filled, refillable full size vertical DI cartridge and housing.

You'll want to be sure to mount that housing vertically, with bottom up flow.
