Which screws do you guys use to mount your RODI system to wall? Any screw will do? Just make sure it goes to stud?

My Basement walls are Concrete I Used Lead anchors to attach a piece of 3/4 ply onto the wall then mounted the unit on the plywood with Tech screws

I use a piece of stained router edged hardwood. Attach it to the wall with long screws into the studs. Then I mounted the RO/DI system onto the hardwood.

Is it just two screws that holds the RO bracket to the hardwood? Same with the DI bracket, just 2 screws?

Lag bolts on to wood (need stud) or tap cons into concrete (predrilled)

Sheetrock screws into the studs. Been that way for well over 3 years.

Lag bolts? Isn't that slightly overkill? It's not like the things weighs in excess of 10 pounds. You could probably get away with hollow wall anchors if there are no studs around.

I would not trust wall anchors because--
When the housings have to be removed for filter changes they can be a bear to get off.
Use the board anchored into studs.

Here is a picture of my setup after I mounted everything..
