Rodi troubleshoot help

I have spent my whole day messing with this unit. It is a RD-106. 100 gpd membrane.

I have had it working fine for 1 year, prior owner had it before me. I replaced the membrane 6 months ago with no problems. Until a few days ago water production became very slow.

I first replaced both carbon blocks, Resin & sediment filter. Didn't help at all.

I then replaced the flow regulator and auto shut off. Still did nothing.

I then replaced all lines just thinking maybe something was lodged in one. Still nothing.

I then raised PSI to 50 over 40.

I am at the point where I have replaced everything but the membrane. But I just replaced it 6 months ago. What am I missing here guys.... Can someone look at my connections and make sure it's hooked up rite. I'm pretty positive it is but.....

Already dropped $90 without membrane. Just throwing parts at it lol.

Also when I say slow, I mean it's gotten me 1 gallon over 3 hours slow.

Red on right is main feed

Short red goes from last carbon block to Auto shut off IN

Next short red goes from Auto shut off OUT to Membrane

Short blue goes from membrane to Auto shut off IN

last short blue goes from Auto shut off OUT to 5th stage DI resin

From 5th stage is a clear line for the water being made.

Then there is the black and clear lines coming from membrane to flow regulator and manual flush valve/waste line

Anyone? I guess I'm just going to replace the membrane.
