what ro/di unit are you using and why? I just purchased a 5 stage rodi off of brs rated for 75 gpd.

I use the SpectraPure UHE because it is the best RO/DI in the world...
I live in Israel and my tap water is at the level of 700 TDS. After the membrane I get 6-7 TDS and after the DI filters - 0 TDS.
I have my system for 8 months with no problems at all.

UHE here too but my tap water is only 72 ppm....With it's waste ratio being 1:1, I can make about 5-600 gal of water a month without seeing any increase in my water bill!!!

Watts Premier, with an added rechargable DI cartridge from airwaterice.com. Reason: I was already using an RO system (minus the DI stage) before I went into SW tanks, and the Watts unit was locally available.

5 stage 75gpd plus unit from bulk reef. Main reason is I got it off craigslist delivered to my house for under $100.

I use a Purely H2O system. I maintain my RO/DI with components from The filter guys and Bulk Reef Supply. Purely H20 is not so good in the Customer service Depart.
