RODI Water

Ok i started to make some water. I have the BRS 4 stage RODI with dual inline TDS. I have attached a aquatec 8800 booster pump where i'm getting around 90psi. Firstly the red tubing going into the first chamber is leaking., not crazy but it is definetly coming out. I tried pulling it out and putting it back in no luck. Hoping i'm not going to have to send this back. Is there any other remedies? Secondly the DI portion of the RODI is definetly getting water but it seems like you can only see it about 1 inch from the bottom. Is that normal. It is producing water. The IN is .001 the OUT is 0

I would take a look at the instructions and make sure the tubing is connected to the right ports. When I got my RODI system from BRS one of the tubes was connected to the wrong port and the system was leaking and wasn't producing any water.

Hope this helps!

Sounds like you may have a bad fitting. I'd give BRS a call on Monday and I'm sure they will take care of you. You might also try a LFS and see if they might have a fitting you could replace it with.

I had the same issue only mine was leaking in 3 different places. I contacted BRS and they sent instructions on possible remedies. None worked so I had to send it back and they sent me an email that they fixed the leak issues. Tracking number says it should be delivered Monday. I sure hope its fixed because I'm waiting on it to start cycling 50lbs of rock! They did pay for the return shipping though.

Sounds like a bad fitting.
As for the water level, I had the same thing. Try slightly unscrewing the canister during operation to let the air out.
