not to hijack your thread, but I am fortunate enough to live about 20 min from Rod's shop..so getting his food is easy. I have been to his shop when he is making the stuff...pretty cool...but stinks like you would not believe.

I have NO financial connection with Rods Food, so there is nothing in this for me-other than knowing you will be pleased with the results.

Those of us that locally that use on a regular basis pretty much agree that using LESS is better than more. As you are thawing prior to putting in your tank, you will notice that the food is PACKED with goodies for you fish/corals.

Good luck, and I am sure this will not be your LAST order.

hey just spoke to rod on phone. for 100 gallon tank depending on how you feed 6oz will be 2-3 months. but if you want to get a clearer answer post this question in chicago forum. you will get a better answer sorry i couldn't help more.
