Roger - osmolator beibg sent to Aquacave?

Roger,

I ordered an osmolator from Aquacave on the 11th, and when I call, I keep getting the "run around" from them. They told me a unit would be drop-shipped from you directly; then they say they are waiting for one to "come in" - oh, this time it's Monday.
Could you let me know if you are aware of any such thing from Aquacave so I can decide whether or not to cancel my order and look elsewhere?

AquaCave is a good company, they are a new vendor though and there may be some confusion. We sent them some 2 weeks ago, they did reorder and we now have more in stock, they just arrived late last week. I will be sending them more this week. I will call them and try to get it cleared up.
