I have two minor issues.
First is one of my three 6100's. This is actually the one you fixed maybe 6 months or so ago? The box had an issue where one of the parts burned up (determined a bad solder joint if I remember correctly). I use this one primarily when I clean my other two units. I noticed today that the plastic shied on the wires is coming out. I've never done anything like picking it up by the wire, pulling, or anything else that should have caused this sort of issue as far as I'm aware. Should I be concerned and does it need to be fixed?
More importantly, two of my four 6025's have broken the plastic clamp that goes around the powerhead itself. One broke a couple of weeks back as I was cleaning it for the first time, the second today. Both of these were from the VERY first shipments of 6025's. The two 6025's I got a month or so after they were out, as well as my 6045, have not had this issue.
To make matters worse, two of my tabs broke on one of these units when I was putting them together, so I CA glued the mount to the magnet.
Long story short, how can I acquire two of the actual holders as well as a pair of magnets? If they're considered under warranty, that's great. If not, it's not the end of the world, but I need to know where I can get the parts and what the part numbers are. I've moved my pumps around and fired a couple MaxiJets temporarily, so my tanks aren't in any danger due to lack of flow for now.
Looking at your site, I think it's 6025.500 (Magnet Holder) and 6025.510 (Clamp).
