Oh dear, next time I will actually have to try to smile. I am a bit camera shy in general so I guess that is the consequence. I am 32, I graduated with a psych degree and a minor in Latin American Studies at the age of 21, that is what happens when premed goes wrong. So, between being unemployed or starting up a business I chose to start an aquarium shop at the age of 22. That is how I got into all of this. I have been keeping aquariums since I was 8.

Same here, I always had an impression you were old and in your 40s at the youngest.

You look like Flash Gordon! No wonder he's on your sig.

It was nice to have met you at MACNA. Thanks for the great customer service you provide with Tunze products. I have had nothing but positive dealings with you and it was nice to put a face to the postings on the other end.

There is a little grin peaking out!

Wow...not what I expected either! I thought for sure you were an older guy than me (I'm 35). As always, your support for your product is excellent, and it's always what brings me back to Tunze products, even though I often have issues with newer products, initially.

Thanks, Roger!

On a side note, just let me say that when you owned the Shop in Austin and ran it day to day, you had one of the best selection of FW fish I have seen in this country. Must have been the Latin American hook up you had to get all of those Central and South American fish. See, your degree did pay off!!

I thought the same thing when we met at Macna. I expected someone it their 50's. A couple other people I was around said the same thing. I think it's his obvious strong work ethics and outstanding customer support. Its just not that common among people in our generation.

I think that it speaks very highly of your excellent customer service and people relations skills that everyone assumes you are older.

Kudos. :D
