ok so i have a 41x29x25 126 gal w/ 40gal sump mixed reef with moderately stocked live rock. Prob 60-80lbs or so. A bubble magus nac7 cone skimmer, gfo and gac. I do 10% water changes every 10 days or so. I also will be dosing vodka now.
I want to add a few more small fish and was wondering if it was ok with the bioload i currently have.

Here is current load.
3"purple tang
2" sub male flame wrasse
"3 1/2" male lineatus
3"male pylei wrasse
3" red hooded wrasse
3" male labouti wrasse
1.5" male McCoskers wrasse
3" melanarus wrasse
3" yellow coris wrasse
trio of perculas (been together 5+ yrs)
1.5" yasha hase goby/shrimp pair
2 2" carberryi anthias

Looking at a royal gramma or a few small blennies of some sort.
Thanks,
derek

Yeah, you have plenty of fish; but I sure can't see how adding a RG to the mix is going to matter at all. If a 2- 3" fish added to your system causes any problems with your bio-filter, somethings wrong. Maybe you can trade the Purple Tang in; he must be going nuts in a tank only 41" long. (and will probably get nasty as he grows)

the purple tang keeps to himself. He grazes all day, never paying any attention to anyone.
But he's only a juvi, they can reach 10" and are open water swimmers. PTs are quite aggressive, and when he starts to feel cramped, I believe his health will suffer and aggression will be obvious.

absolutely. I plan on keeping him for a small while not till full maturity. These guys grow alot slower than most tangs. It will be a few years before he will reach a 5" limit for me. Then he will reside in a buddies tank.

Your fishload really isn't all that high compared to quite a few other lists I've seen. If your parameters are inline and you feel there is swimming and sleeping room I think you could get away with another few small fish.

IME/O it will be less then a "few years" -- a year a most -- when it reaches the 5" mark, and turns into a terror. The purple tang I had was peaceful for about 6 months, and then started drawing blood on my male Clarkii clown.
