Roots/Tentacles in my sump

I have what appears to be plant roots in my sump. They are white and growing over everything. They are even growing up the side of the skimmer. Everything appears healthy and I have good coral growth. There are some in the main tank but only on lower rocks in the back and not enough to see unless you really look.
What are they and should I be worried about it?

I'd say they are feather dusters. I've got a ton of them in my sump and these guys like to grow in darker areas.
