Would a RBA survive in a 90 gallon aquarium that has a T5 with 2 54watt Actinic and 2 54watt 10k lamps (with reflectors) ??

I believe there are those on this board and others who keep nems under T5, no problem. I am not a T5 user so you may want to wait for someone to post regarding the wattage, but T5 + nem, is typically not a problem.
GL!

i think you are going to get a few different answers but to me i think the roses are more sensitive to bright light than the greens. i have kept both colors under t5s and halides and in both set ups my rose bta's always seeked out lower light. right now i have a constilation over my 150 sps and have a rose in it and it stays off to the side of one of my islands and is doing great.

i think you should be ok but light is not the only thing to consider when keeping nems. you need to make sure that you water parameters are in check and things are stable. i have seen a few people with kick *** lighting have trouble keeping nems cause there water params are not up to par.

+1 BTAs seem to like less light than other species of anenomes. They should do quite well under T5 or even PC for that matter.

Can you define water parameters? I'm assuming 0 nitrates, nitrites, ammonia and pH around 8.2, and Salinity of .026?
