Hi All,
I'm have a pretty new Red Sea Reefer 250. I finished cycling and Ammonia, Nitrites and Nitrates have been at zero. It was probaly a bit early but I added a Rose Bubble Tip Anenome yesterday. It seemed to like a spot in the front of the tank and settled there at night. When I fed the fish I feed it a mess shrimp.
This AM I could not see it anywhere in the tank and I looked a bunch. After work I found him on a big rock in the back of the tank. He has shrunk to about 1/3 of the size it was yesterday and is very closed up.
Is this thing doomed or are there things I can do to save it? The tank is 4 weeks old.
I have a more established tank in my office and was wondering if I should try transporting there. I didn't know if the stress of a new tank would be worse than leaving it where it is. Any thoughts?
