couple more updates on the tank now.

1. Added the ALC module for my ReefKeeper system. This will control my LED setup I am building. I am going to test how I like the LEDS by putting them on one side of the tank and T5's on the other side.

2. Add the SL2 module to monitor my PH and hopefully one day my Salinity. Hope they fix the probes. I did call them and ask and there is supposed to be a update coming out about the Salinity probes soon. I also hooked it up to run my auto topoff.

Just installed half of the LEDS for the tank and I must say they are BRIGHT! I am having some issues with the Reefkeeper ALC module so I am powering the dimmer with a 3V tester that came with the LEDS. So I am running about 30% right now and that is about the max I was going to start off with anyway. I need to update my head unit so it will control it correctly. I have to borrow a cable from someone because I bought the unit used and it didn't have the cable with it. I will post pic and more info this weekend.

Just a small update. The corals are responding great to the LEDS. I have them set at about 20% right now for the blues and maybe 10-15% for the whites. Next week I will turn it up to 30% for the blues and 20% for the whites. I am taking it real slow right now. to let the corals adjust. I will be building the rest for the other side of the tank next month.
