Royal Gramma Injury

I introduced a gramma to the display last Monday. This prompted my Mai Tai clown to immediately attack the gramma. He bit his tail fins nearly completely off and do inflict a little damage to his head. This aggression completely subsided within an hour once the gramma found a suitable cave. The gramma has been steadily growing back his tail and has continued to feed throughout the ordeal. About Thursday I began to notice a whitish blister forming on his nose. I will try to get a picture when possible. This has remained there up until yesterday. This morning he refused to leave his rock to eat. I am concerned that this is an infection of some type and should be treated or if I should continue to wait it out. Any similar experiences

Well it looks like it's too late for the gramma. He was stuck to the side of the power head when I woke up. I'm going to try to introduce the next one at night so that he can get established before the clown sees him.
