Royal Gramma problems...

My Royal Gramma has just started to rub its head on stuff. Like it's just swimming then it'll jerk down and rub on things. Looks like he's scratching himself.

but i also see alot of ppl saying the same thing about their royals, i thought mine had ich so i dipped it but i guess it might be normal activity?

A dip won't get rid of ich, but it does get rid of flukes, which is probably why your fish was scratching and now isn't.

I'd probably try a freshwater dip, also.
