Royal Gramma - Red line and patch

Wondering if anyone can help me diagnose this red on my royal gramma. I have 4 other fish, two perculas and two fire fish. None of which are showing any of these signs. Everyone in the tank is eating great.

Below are the two best images I could get of the Royal Gramma. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure if it comes through in the pics but it almost looks like something is attached or something.

From photos of others I think the red area there's a small piece of fin missing. It could either be a parasite or a damaged fin if not that I've got no clue what it is. If it is a parasite you would see it rubbing on stuff like tank decorations.

Thanks sea dragon. I will keep an eye on him. He's eating really aggressive so maybe it will patch up.

Watch closely if it gets worse. In that case it could be fin-rot and may need treatment with antibiotics.
