Not calling this a "build" because it's more of an "assembly" which suits me just fine.....I hate plumbing more than almost anything.....And so, Away we go.....

1st, I am a commitment-phobic....so I decided that I wanted to put the tank on magic sliders. I didn't want to just put them under the tank, because last time I did that, I lost them mid-slide.
I bought I 2X2 piece of 3/4 birch ply and primed it with Kilz to seal it, and then painted it black to match the stand, and also to give a nice surface to attach the sliders.
I had gone to Home Depot to check them out, but they wanted $20 for a four pack of 3X3 sliders, and that was out of the question, as I wanted to cover the entire board....at that price it would have cost more than the tank, so.....On to Harbor Freight. I love this place, especially when I know I'm only going to need to use whatever it is once. They had a sale that day on the sliders and boxes with 4 7" sliders and 4 3" sliders for $3......DEAL! So I picked up four boxes and used 2 1/2 and I'll out the small ones, and the extra ones away in the junk drawer, that'll ensure I never see them again.
I glued the sliders on with white Gorilla Glue and weighted them down as I went. When they were lightly set, I flipped it over, covered it with cardboard and set some heavy weights on top of them (some of them were kind of warped, and I wanted them to glue down completely.
