RTN: what to do, specs inside

Well my milliporas are the first ones reacting to whatever is happening to my tank. RTN with skin peeling off

I recently changed my calcium reactor media... so maybe its due to fluxuation

I tested my waste. the lights just turned on


100 gallons. Lots of flow (seio 860, seio (smallest one), rio 3100, quietone 4000, quietone 4000)

I just started feeding homemade food. Run ozone.

PH 7.9 (lights just on so lower ph)
CA 440
ALK 10

NITRATE 0
AMMONIA 0-0.25
NITRITE 0

the CA was at 360 or so before the CA reactor change. And I just started running Carbon

What might be the cause?

I dont think its any pest, no signs of AEFW eggs. I see some red bugs on another different coral, but that coral is doing fine; and ppl note that red bugs dont affect milli.

I've read that a sudden use of carbon can irritate sps... It was suggested that if it was not run before, to slowly add it to the system.

what about that ammonia?

there shouldn't be any in a established tank.
