rtn will cause that one coral to more then likely die if it keeps on progressing.
one option is to frag the coral and try to keep the best parts going.
rtn does not spread like a disease or what not. BUT what caused that one
coral to have problems could cause others to do poorly also.
a round of testing is in order, perhaps a good water change, check your
salinity, and just keep an eye on your tank. Watch how corals are doing but
do not ever react and make the problem worse.

ya it is not an infectious disease that floats around in your water it is something that happens to a already sick or stressed coral
