Ruby red scooter and brine shrimp

Hey everyone. I got a 45g and today picked up a ruby red scooter blenny. He is awesome and I know that some people say that they are really hard to take care of. The LFS said that they would eat frozen baby brine shrimp is this true?

ruby red scooters are more likely to eat prepared food compared to a mandarin... but they still require large amount of pods..

and not all red scooters will eat prepared food.

you can try fish roe or nutramar ova to get him eating if he ignores the brine shrimp.

lastly, brine shrimp isn't all that nutritious.. so you need to feed it something else eventually, or pods..
