Ruby30 or 36 for a 125

Looking at getting my sump for a 125 gal and have decided to go with a trigger. Which one would better fit the need of a 125, the 30 or 36 and is the ruby worth the extra money over the crystal.

If you have the space go with the larger...I have the 36 ruby and really like it. If you like the looks of the ruby go for it, either way they are nice skimmers

I have the Ruby 36 on my 115 gallon (5 ft long tank). As stated above, I would also suggest going larger if you have the room. I wanted to have the room for just about any skimmer, and I'm glad I got the 36 as my ATB barely fits.

Besides the red acrylic and probe holders, the difference between the Ruby 36 and the Crystal 36 is the Ruby is slighly wider and taller, which is really why I chose the Ruby.
