Rump Shaker **with pic**

so i bought this piece from fragfarmer a month or two back. recently uploaded this pic of it onto the comp.

so anybody know exactly what it is? i tried spot feeding it when i first recieved it and it didnt take. no reaction at all. this piece doesnt puff up or anything, doesnt really do much of anything. doesnt have feeder tentacles that come out, looks the same both day and night.

its on my sand bed right now. im not sure if i should try and put it up higher or what. its in my 30g long with 250w MH. a lot of light, and im not sure what this thing requires.

any ideas, comments. you guys have any ideas on how i might be able to get this piece to take some food?

heres a pic. not the best, but it gets the point across.

Looks to me like chalice/echno low light coral...well most of them anyway. Feed it when its tenticles are out mostly before or after dark. Hope this helps.

I had a large piece years ago that I think is the Rump Shaker coral. It was identified as Mycedium Robokaki. Small frags looked like yours, and as they grew got the blue/green sheen to it. IIRC, it ate nothing, and showed no tentacles. Low light, and low flow, and it grew really fast. HTH

it never shows feeder tentacles.

im hoping it will get the blue/green color to it. maybe it will turn out half way decent.

it says right on frafarmer hes not sure the exact ID on the piece.
then it says something about otehr chalice/ echnos.
