Seeing this weeks topic of running a skimmer, it got me thinking about how many people run carbon? Im sure this question has already been asked but I would still like to get a general idea.
Ive been running carbon in a reactor 24/7 for about 6 months now...along with heavy skimming...and phosar in a reactor...and chaeto in the sump...geez maybe too much exporting
But, Im thinking about giving the carbon a rest a week or two a month to see if I can get better growth and opening.
