Running Phosguard in reactor

How do I know how much flow is enough? ,when running phosguard in a little fishes reactor?Is it suppose to move at all? TY

It is to my understanding that there is suppossed to be a slight tumble. Not too much flow but enough to create a tumble.

For the BRS reactor, they suggest just enough flow so there is a slight tumble visible on the surface.

Read the instructions. On the Two little fishies it says not to tumble the media. It say to just have it moving on the top as tumbling will mash the media...
I have mine almost closed. It is pritty much as low as you can get without it not moving and as high as I can get without it tumbling .
