???'s on night mode for 7095 controller.

Hello,
I've been having a bit of trouble understanding the night mode and I'm trying to determine if I've set it up wrong or if the controller might be defective( I hope not). I have the TS-24 kit which has the 7095 controller and two 6100's.

When the photoelectric cell detects no light are the pumps powered down to a preset level or a level that I have chosen?

If it is a level that I have chosen with the dials, which one governs the level for the night mode? 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B?

Everything else seems to work flawlessly so my guess is that I've set it up wrong, or maybe the photocell is picking up a light source.

the first switch...with night mode and moon lite. make sure the lite is on...if you set it up some days it will be on low because it have a 29 day cycle

After making sure it is switched on as melt said, it will just set the pumps to 1b and 2b for the duration of the night.
