I just received a clown fairy wrasse in the mail, unfortunately he was DOA. I called Marine Depot live to order. Marine Depot told me that it was available so I ordered. it was ordered friday and I knew it wouldn't have been shipped until Monday. So Monday came I thought let me call to make sure everything was still good. I called again this time the CS rep said it was not available when I ordered it and it was back ordered. So, I told them to cancel the order. On top of that they had all my information screwed up. My name and street address was way off. So, was under the impression the order was cancelled and I went out of town yesterday. While I was gone the fish showed up at 1pm, in North Dakota, about 15 degrees outside. :eek2: :eek2: This morning my wife looked out the window and said there is a package outside, I looked and it was the order from Marine depot.
They had packaged it up pretty good, but they only had 1 heat pack in the Styrofoam.
I opened the package and there was the fish, frozen.:mad2: He had some awesome colors too. I was a little upset. :mad2: :mad2:

I told them to cancel the order and apparently the didn't I will be calling them tomorrow to find out what happened.

I am sorry you order did not go as either of us expected. I am especially sorry to hear the wrasse did not make it. I believed we talked and as I said on the phone you were not charged for the order. We always try to fill orders completely however for some reason our shipping warehouse did not catch that your order was cancelled. On top of that they shipped it with out notifying us, or we would have routed it back here. I am addressing both issues and it should not happen again.
