Saddleback clownfish "variants"

I do not see a lot on these fish so hopefully someone can help. I picked up some "brown" saddleback clownfish with the assumption that they would grow up to look something like this:

But now looking at them I realize they will more than likely look something like this:

Which is not what im looking for. Is there a reason these two fish of the same species look so different? Does each individual fish just grow to look different? Or is it based on location? Does anyone know of anybody who may have saddlebacks that are more "tri-colored" or "multicolored" like the first pic?
 
I actually think brown Saddleback are really variable as adults. If you search videos of them in the wild, you will find that there are many different color variations all living within a lone anemone.
