Safely removing rock flower + maxi mini nems

I have a rock flower anemone and a maxi mini anemone that I love(so much so that I'm changing tanks to have a dedicated nem/LPS reef), but I'd like to set up a new scape in the new tank, without the rocks the nems are on.

I'm searching for removal methods to use that are nem-friendly and will not hurt, kill or overly stress them out. A lot of what I've found with searches seems to be "I hate them, I'll rip them out whatever way necessary!" and that's not what I'm looking for, lol.

My lfs guy cut the rock up that the ones I wanted were on. He used his fragging snips.
