Sailfin beat up or stressed?

so i moved my sailfin from quarantine tank (12 gallon) to my show tank (90 gallon) last night and i woke up to find it like this. I used my hands not a net to catch and move it. any idea if it is stressed or if someone is beating it up? i haven't seen anyone picking on it, and it is swimming freely with the other tank mates now.

other mates:
coral beauty
mystery wrasse
pipefish
skunk shrimp
fire shrimp

it looks shredded. it came from the lfs looking like that and within the past week while in quarantine it healed up fine.

So I'm confused, is that picture current, or what it looked like when you first got it?

Well, split fins are caused by physical contact, so I'd say someone is picking on it.

even though it is not afraid of the other tank mates? I would think that if something was picking on it then it wouldn't be free swimming let alone swimming next to the other fish.

could it be a shrimp, or is it normal for it to not be fearful of its "attacker"?

Is a juvenile sail fin so it's only about an inch and a half, the coral beauty is about 3 inches.how likely is for the coral beaty is beat uP somethng smaller, I thought the coral beauty was not aggressive.

The Coral B is a A Hole when it comes to smaller fish. they need to be the same size or bigger in some cases. I have a flame dan and a coral B with a cleaner wrass they all get along fine and love each other. Granted they are all the same size. I would say you have an A Hole in your tank. You will want to keep a eye on them or seporate them till they get about the same size. Research every fish to death before you get them. Good luck
on the foster and smith site they have a thing on how the coral B is an A Hole to smaller fish.

Either the angel or the wrasse is beating it up, I've seen some aggressive fish from both those species. They will likely all settle in until the tang grows too big for the tank, but foe now I would really watch the tank, especially after lights out to see who is beating on him.
