As for the ich, get the water right and stable. Hopefully the inmates get along. If there are disputes, occasional ich can be an issue. Stress can certainly spur such events. Don't worry too much. Get the water right and all will be fine. For the eye, it is possible that "if" there is territory disputes, fish tend to chase one another about at high speeds. I have seen issues where fish "wing" a piece of coral in the chase. After a few days of healing, all will be better. Unfortunately, I have two large Domino Damsels that spawn every couple weeks. They are quite playful and find paths through the branching reef structure that only they can fit. A few times over the last year, one of them has wounds from the farari like moves they pull.
