Sailfin Tang issues again.

A few weeks ago my sailfin tang became really bloated, could barely swim straight and we thought we were gonna lose him. Well, he got over that funk after a few days and was back to normal and now something else is wrong I think.
Now he is really thin and wont really eat anything. He does come out of his cave and swims around but he wont eat. I usually keep nori in so they can graze on it and I also feed frozen mysis every other day along with formula two pellets. Wont touch any of it. All water paramaters are in check and doing regular water changes. Havent got my QT set up yet. Any ideas why this guy cant get it together?

All water paramaters are in check can mean many different things to people, it'll help if you posted what all the check water paramaters were. Maybe he has a worm.

After some observation I have noticed that the flame hawkfish is harrassing him for some reason. So Im thinking that has him stressed out.
