Sailfin tang pregnant???

I have a sailfin tang - Desjardini about 3 1/2 inches. I have it in my tank for about 2 months now. And about 2 days ago, I noticed its stomach is so enlarged that I thought it somehow had swallowed my six line wrasse (as I could not locate the wrasse anywhere), but that would be impossible as sailfin tang's mouth are very small and not known to eat other tank mates.
I don't have a digital camera to take the picture, but its stomach is huge. Not sure if it is pregnant or diseases? Any one has any ideas?

3.5" sailfin is tiny and highly doubt its pregant. Please advise on the how it has been poopin lately.

I second that, and there is a possiblity of an internal parasite to blame. A 3.5 inch sailfin is still a juvenile and not sexually mature.
