10 gallon refugium loaded with chaetoe algae, live rock and sand.
1 - Pacific coast 1/4 hp cl 650 chiller. It is acting up right now. I have a new circuit board on order. Fan replaced about 6 Months ago. Got water on the circuit board so that is why I am replacing it. Chills my 170 gallon perfect. Also has a plug for a heater. If temp falls 2 degrees below set temp, it automatically turns the heater outler on. $200
2 - 36 inch T5 actinic with ballast, and end caps and stan offs - $55
Here is the deal.
Live rock has to go first. Once the live rock is gone I can catch the fish.
The tank, mh lights, t5's and reeflo pump has to be the last things sold. Worst case scenerio I can sell everything but the tank, lights and stand and still be able to use the tank. If yo want it all, make an offer and pick it up ASAP. House going on the market next week.
