what is the best way to increase my salinity im at 1.021 right now. New to the hobby and could use good advice for my 29 gallon biocube

As water evaporates from the tank top it off with saltwater and you will see the salinity slowly rise. Just make sure you are checking your salinity often, you don't want it to go too high, and once you reach your target switch back to fresh water topoff.

Good targets are:
Fish only: 1.023
Reef (corals & inverts): 1.026
