Just curious, since you guys have so much saltwater going out on a daily basis, how do you guys maintain a stable salinity? How do you know how much FRESH water needs to be replaced from evaporation, or if saltwater needs to be added?
Thank you for your post. The salinity at the Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facility is tested twice a day with American Marine Salinity Monitors and is continuously maintained. All aquatic life leaving this facility is packed in brand new seawater that matches the water parameters in the entire facility, therefore not affecting the salinity of the whole system.
