I used to go fishing with my grandpa and he used this really smelly pink goo. It was either fish bait or spam. Either way try a bit of spam, crabs love spam.

yeah, I noticed.
My jar/vase is still empty. Has 2 cubes in one with phyto and the other for carnivorous fish. I put it in a teabag holder to prevent it from floating up.
I am afraid it will foul up my tank
Might try a Banggai..
