Salt Batch Tank Question?

I am mixing a salt batch tank using regular Instant Ocean mix to 1.024 SG in a 165 gallons vertical poly tank. My question is how long will the mixed salt water stay good for? Does Instant Ocean have any test data? Parameters: I live in South AL (avg. temp yearly 70F) but to minimize the environment parameters. The batch tank is in a building, so no direct sunlight exposure and insulated to minimum temp swings. A recirculation pump starts every 73 hours and runs approximately for 5 minutes before the salt water is dispensed. I use 5.5 gallons per 73 hours so air replaces the water volume in the batch tank (the tanks is vented to atmosphere). Will the salt mix last 90 days? Will the last 5.5 gallons be as good as the first 5.5 gallons? Will the Batch tank need to be skimmed? What other ways could I extend the life of the salt mix in the batch tank. I thought about using ping pong balls in the batch tank to cover the surface of the salt water to minimize water to air exchange. Any thoughts? [I will not use a nitrogen blank so don’t even suggest] -Kyle

my batch tank is a 20g tank. i just run a powerhead in the tank. seems to me to be ok. but i also use that water with in 10 days or so. but your about the data tests.
