Salt in bulk

I need to start doing water changes regularly, but the price of salt is crimping my budget. I need to make 60 gallons of salt water every water change. Does anybody know where I can get salt at a decent price?

Without getting into the great salt debate "again".

My only advice is to do some research. All salts are not created equal. If you simply buy the cheapest salt you can find and then end up having to add this, add that, dose this, dose that, buy even more stuff to combat the aglae - then what is your final cost in the long run to use that product?

And that's all I'm saying about it.........

I buy mine from Dr Foster and Smith because they don't charge for shipping based on weight and their reef crystals is usually pretty cheap but they only sell by the bucket.

I know that salt is sold by the pallet rather than by the bucket but I do not know where you could order that from. I am sure that would be your cheapest route if you could find it.

I agree with the post above the Drs. seem to have pretty good prices. You can figure out the shipping cost online. In my case it was only $14 for shipping 3 buckets to my house.
