Salt Mixture Problem?

I just ordered a 50 gallon mix of the biosea marinemix from yall. It will not dissolve for some odd reason. I just want to know what I need to do next. Thanks alot.

Hi,

This is somewhat typical of the Crystal Sea salt. Is it going into solution, but you still have some floating particles left? Or is it not going into solution at all?

I would recommend calling Crystal Sea and reporting the problem. They usually will just ship you another bag/box of it at no charge to you, including shipping. They seem to stand behind there product very well, so give them a buzz and they'll get you fixed up.

Just wanted to make a note of the great customer service that premium aquatics offers. I tried to contact the manufactor of this salt and after 2 weeks no return call. I call premium aquatics and a bag of salt is on its way. Thanks alot premium aquatics. This is why yall are the best people to order from the the saltwater business..

Crystal Sea MarineMix by MEI is a different product from a different company, isn't it?

I called MEI this morning and got instant info and satisfaction.

You are correct, i'm sorry about that. I was thinking Bioassay, too many Bio names! Biosea is Aquacraft, Bioassay is Marine Enterprises.
