Salt Question

So I did a water change yesterday and my bucket of IO was like a brick -I had to chip off pices to get it lose.
I guess it was from the humidity
Is this salt still good ?

I had a bucket do that once, it was about a third full. I finally got it to disolve, and used it up with no negative results. TinMan
