Salt Shipments

I am just curious why you send your salt buckets in boxes. Have you seen what the box looks like when it gets to it's destination? Do you really think that little peanuts are going to stop 60+ pounds from shifting around?

I ordered a bucket of salt to watch the UPS man carry the box and the bucket fall out of the box and the salt end up on the drive way. So today the second shipment arrives and of course the bucket is smashed to the point I can't use it but somehow the salt did not come out of the bag.

I have ordered salt from other places and they simply tape the top on and put the shipping label on the bucket. I have not had an issue this way. You may want to rethink the way you guys send salt.

Hello,

Thank you for your response, we rarely receive claims regarding damages to salt buckets, we do our very best to ensure that all packages arrive to their destinations in excellent condition, I apologize that your did not, I would be more than happy to file a claim for your salt, please PM me your order number if you wish so I may start the process. I will bring your suggestion up to our shipping manager. Once again thank you for your feedback!
