Saltwater Island is having a Moving Sale

Winchester. It's a teeny tiny city in between the City of Ballwin and the City of Manchester on Manchester Road. He was originally hoping to move to Chesterfield Valley but that deal fell through. Mark said the landlord did a facelift to the outside of the buildings and then demanded such an increase in rent that he couldn't stay in business there. Unfortunately, his lease term ends May 31st.

Ya. I know where Winchester is. Takes about 15 seconds to drive through it.
That strip center is way overdue for a facelift.
Sounds like the whole ordeal has been a headache. Will he need to be closed for a period of time until the new place is ready?
Mark is a good guy.I'll try to get by there today. Do you know their hours?

Hours tomorrow are going to be 12 to 5. He was going to be closed after Sunday but I told him I can manage the store by myself from 10 to 2 on Monday. That way he can continue the build at the new location. Unless something else is announced, he will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday,

He will definitely need to be closed for a while because the place he was going to move to fell through and then it was too late for the second place he had as an option. Obviously, he planned on moving one system at a time, but luck was NOT on his side. Thank God he found this place last minute.

Let us know what is left. The sale had been going on for a week or two now.

Live Rock out the whazoo. Tons of used equipment that had been sitting in that back storage room. Mostly softies (leathers, mushrooms, paly's, etc) but there are a few LPS corals left. There's some larger wrasses and larger clowns. The smaller clowns are pretty much all tank raised-tank bred "designer clowns" from Sustainable aquatics. All of the triggers are now gone but there is still a smaller sized (NOT dwarf) lionfish. Clean up crews are pretty much turbo snails and smaller hermit crabs. The peppermint shrimp, other species of snails, starfish, emerald crabs and the like are all gone.

I'll try to remember to check back on this thread if I remember tomorrow morning.
