Saltwater Tank at iMater Charter School

Where do you guys stand with what is needed?

Need list:
Live or Dead rock
Currently seeding about 60lbs of donated rock in my garage, will install rock 10/29 - thanks to Matt Dudley and Matt Jurgenson!
protein skimmer
Julio Perez donated a SRO3000 skimmer, will install 10/29 - THANKS!
LED lighting
Hernando Rocha donated an LED light, thanks - could use a second over this 6 foot tank
T5 bulbs (4 feet)
Still need - have a single light fixture with 2 bulbs, needs replacement bulbs
Salt
Still need more - picking up 2 (50gal) bags of IO Salt from Kevin (aquatic reef creations) this weekend
Sand/substrate
Not needed - Was able to get some dead crushed coral and purchased 2 bags of live sand
RW-15 or similar wave pump
FMAS Purchased a RW-20 for the tank - also Bill Manzie donated some Tunze wave pumps

Marvin and I will be installing the skimmer and live rock on 10/29 and dropping off other donated equipment/supplies. I'll post another update then. :) We have received other offers for rock and will be calling those in when we set up the other tanks.

This week a LFS donated a pair of clowns to the tank. The tank needs some snails/crabs/inverts (CUC). Once we get the nitrates under control we will be adding some soft coral and maybe a couple of easy LPS to the tank.

I'm taking donations of used GFO for iMater Charter school in Hialeah. They are starting up a new tank and will soon need some GFO to handle excess phosphates. I'll be recharging the GFO for them to use.

Please dont throw away your old GFO; Bring it to the next club meeting on October 27th (next tues night) and donate it to iMater. I'll be at the meeting collecting used GFO.

Thanks again for all your help!
