has any one had any luck with this on line vender? Do most of the fish that are ordered stay alive? I would like some feed back .

I've ordered from them 3 or 4x and so far so good and usually shipped the day after I place the order. But have read here that they have poor customer services in terms of responding to emails and phone calls but so far I haven't had to call them yet.

The only fish that is not alive from the orders is a YSM Clownfish which I received on a Thursday and it jumped out of the tank on that very weekend. I received two on that shipment along with a pair of Jawfishes and they all didn't look good initially but other then the YSM all are doing very well and I've added another YSM now and they've formed a nice pair.

Their Min. is $79 and there's a $16 fuel surcharge ($10 + 6) and generally my order is about $100-$130. As a repeat customer you you get to pick one item for free and I'm pretty much a new customer to them so I've been offered with stuff in the $6-9 range and this kinda off set part of the shipping cost.

Also take a look at Petsolutions.com, Reefhotspot.com (not the best customer service but price, fish and pkg very good) and larger orders you may want to stick with the more well known store like Liveaquaria.com

i have also heard the same that the fish are good from saltwaterfish.com, but they are lacking in the customer service.

Be sure to check out the vendor forum, provided above, before you order from this company. I would suggest that you have many better alternatives to choose from.

Got email from them with special--Yellow Tang $1.99 Limit one per order to the first 300 customers. If you have something to buy then this may be worth it.

I have used them twice, and so far have not lost any livestock from them...everything was healthy and eating same day I got them, they are all still alive in my tanks

I've used them many times for corals, fish, and inverts. They responded to my emails quickly as well. Their "fuel charge" for 9.99 is a mean way to hide the cost of "free shipping"when you spend $79 or more
