I ordered several things from them from their shipping sale two weeks ago. It arrived fine. They only concern was that the fish water was only 70 degrees.

Note that with the free shipping comes a $9.99 box fee and a $13.00 (I think) fuel surcharge and they pic the ship date unless you tell them it must be a particular day.
