Same Pic - Different Settings

Ereefic

In Memoriam
I was messing around with the camera this morning and had an idea. It would be helpful (and cool) to see the same photo but with different settings to see what difference settings can make. If you have some examples, please post them.

Here's a couple I took today.

Rebel XT with Sigma 105mm Macro lens, 220w of VHO Actinics only and WB set to custom (shot a sheet of white paper).

First pic settings:

Shooting Mode - Av (Aperture-Priority AE)
Tv (Shutter Speed) - 1
Av (Aperture Value) - 7.1
Exposure Comp. - 0
ISO - 100
Focal Length - 105mm
WB - Custom

Second pic settings:

Shooting Mode - Av (Aperture-Priority AE)
Tv (Shutter Speed) - 30
Av (Aperture Value) - 45.0
Exposure Comp. - 0
ISO - 100
Focal Length - 105mm
WB - Custom

I don't have PS, but if anyone want's to send me a copy, I'm ok with that. ;)

Feel free to mess with the pic. I didn't do anything but resize it.

I recall having to do this for a couple photography classes that I took back in college. Had to record every setting for EACH shot we took. I think I still have the record papers around somewhere with my film gear. I always hated doing it because it took forever and took some of the enjoyment away from a day spent shooting a few rolls of film...but it did help me learn about the camera and exposure values.

I have a copy of Elements that came with a scanner - you are welcome to it if you'd like. You can do almost anything you'd want to do to a reef photo with it.
