I'm trying to identify these clowns... I have them in the same tank right now but I think I am going to return the smaller one...

Will they pair and mate?

They were both labeled at the lfs as "black percula" which doesn't exist- and I'd like to know what they actually are?

One is a Darwinian oscellaris and the other I believe is a clarki. I would remove one, they will not pair up and mate.

Actually you are wrong. The one one the right is a black and white occy or some call a Darwin. The other is a black saddle back. They might pair up and eventually have babies but I never seen a pairing like this though. Which one did you want to return, the one on the right or left?

You can leave there if you want, idk if they'll mate but they'll probally pair up, check out some of these awesome pairs http://www.ibluewater.com/clownfish-pairs-haute-couture-pairings.html

The problem with pairs like those is that when clowns are from different subgroups (i.e. percula group, tomato group, polymnus group, clarki group, skunk group) they will hang out together and seem to get along, but when the female gets to breeding age, the male is often not able to give the correct response to the female's aggression (each group has a different dance) and she beats the crude out of him.
